Work-life balance is little bit tough to maintain, since we don't have log in and out time , it's both the merit and de-merit. We have to work late night, to complete the works. Other than that, everything is fine

The first impression during the interview process was like we can learn new technologies and it will faster as this company is a startup and they mentioned that there would be learning in vast fields.The recruitment process was very good and tested every things which i learned so far, so i was very much satisfied about my selection.After i joined, i am having a good decent work environment.All people behave like colleagues irrespective of managerial position or higher positions.we can switch to any technologies which we like or wish to work on which is i majorly like about this company.working hours are flexible which make me balance both work and personal life....Read More
