there is no work culture here. the manager in the company has no idea about productivity of the company from the beginning, and doesn't know how to handle the teams', So he puts pressure on people to the work making work day and night(meaning working until 2 am and going to the office in the morning).Moreover, the seniors in the team don't know much , they all work carelessly. the people in this company don't know how to behave, mostly people in the development and Qa team are quite useless. Worst place to work in the world. No mobile phones allowed, so incase of family emergency you are gone. Managers are very old and for every task assigned you will get a ultimatum to complete. On time salary, Kind of corporate experience, good colleagues younwipl meet there like really nice people except few which I guess every company has.

So there's a lot since I was in ed-tech department so I can only talk about that and it was terrible. The management just don't understand how to run an ed-tech business, how to deal with teachers. We get it that you are a really good BPO but it's model can't be applied to education business. So I guess everyone of last teachers just left them and I think they should really work hard on studying the business model of established ed-tech and educational businesses and implement those policies and rules rather than just blindly shooting arrows in dark....Read More
