The Most supportive Departments are IT and HR. Everybody is reachable seamless.

I think there are partiality lies which obviously not in the knowledge of Senior leadership team. even between the HR team, the Head HR want to save one or two HR team members. He pushes their (One or Two) work to other team members. Team members doesn't have right to put opinions in team. Appraisals are again in horrible stage, they ask the Goal sheets when the appraisal done. A person who got rating of 4 Out of 5 may get the Increment % less then who got 2 out of 5. The highly paid members are being saved when they made loos to the organization. False Compliance reporting is being done there....Read More
