Best thing about Grasim is its name. The name itself is brand. Rest everything is imaginary. Work culture is not good. No work life balance. Growth is only for who are joined as GET scheme or with Higher reference. Basically Nagda background.

Dislikes

1. Work / personal life balance 2. Compensation is very poor for engineers with experience compared to newly joined GET'S 3. You're very lucky if you've skill of uprising your boss. 4. Unless until you're from Nagda your growth is very slow. 5. There's no one in this group whom i can cal technically superior.
