Good township, nearer to city, work life balance, mediocre canteen facility, corporate benefits, group values

Dislikes

Sick company culture, new job joinees will struggle for 2 years to adapt to the culture, Workers Unions domination , no skilled manpower, micro management, monopoly work culture, totally site administration is fail, toxic workplaces.

Every thing is fantastic especially safety in field of work and trainings related to field work and dos and don'ts at every step of work which helps to understand the importance and solves the problem at earliest. Housing facilities also good with peacefull environment.

Dislikes

Work pressure is lot 😔!!!as per CTC and u can be moved to any department at any time which is literally hopeless decision 😭😭....
