You get salary before time around 20-22 of each month and you can in cash your unused leaves at the end of the year.

Dislikes

Most pathetic work culture, no one gives proper training to new joiners and they expect you to work extra at home (5-6hrs minimum) without any extra payment or relaxation. Most of the employees are a daily drinker and chew tobacco and also want you to follow them even if you like it or not. The top management has totally nontechnical and nonprofessional behavior. few employees are only blind follower of their Boss (Only way to survive here!!!). No HR department, just Hitler rule....Read More

It's totally boring, have to follow some test procedure which is totally useless to ensure the quality of the product.

Very bad, they expect you to work 8-10 hrs from home after working 10 hrs in office, without any extra benefits or compensation.
