Likes

It is really very enjoyment to work in grace medical. We have a lot of fun at the same time we do our work perfectly. Our boss is Jinerson. He is very k8nd person and helps us always in all our needs. Only think is that we need to brle dedicated, then we il surely enjoy. And everything related to salaries or incentives is on time.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As per my opinion, there should be no second boss or person to rule and command except our boss.

Work Details

Work is awesome, we can study all work related to service n installation of many life saving machines. Can travel many places and meet different engineers of every level.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Employee Benefits

All money of fuel, travelling expense and food will be given by Grace medical after bill is submitted.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
