They work beyond working hours and work till 11 in the night in many departments for example divisional engineer office. So this not being able to spend time with their families

Likes

Work hours as a employee is much better than being a postgraduate student. We get leave benefits if we want to take. Sometimes we are bound to do work from other departments even after specialisation. Which is fine till we aren't over worked up.

Dislikes

The duty hours for post graduates had to be monitored. The hospital facilities in taluk hospitals have to be imporved. It is on the process.

Flexible timing for who completes thw wrks when they need urgently

Dislikes

That the same as i said in the like option. There no timing for leaving office when they need to finish thw work.
