This government department is a technical department. Auditing of various type of cooperative institutions (societies/banks) viz., consumer stores, cooperative urban banks, dist. Cooperative banks,agricultural societies, weavers societies, marketing societies,employees credit societies, etc., The work of the Joint Director is to supervise and monitor the auditors and issuing the Audit Certificates of the audited cooperative socities.
