This government department is a technical department. Auditing of various type of cooperative institutions (societies/banks) viz., consumer stores, cooperative urban banks, dist. Cooperative banks,agricultural societies, weavers societies, marketing societies,employees credit societies, etc., The work of the Joint Director is to supervise and monitor the auditors and issuing the Audit Certificates of the audited cooperative socities. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
