In my opinion, For Graduate Engineer s dont join Central Government Services as Class 2 Post Called Gp-B, Because, There are so many discrpiancies which u face if you join service, For Prmotion policy Gp - A is different, For Gp-B is Entrirely horrible. NO FTUTURE, Being Engineer Feel frusteted, And less salary while Technical work is more as Primary person working, And Gp A is only signing... Genreally, people s coming from small places in Govt, Having Narrow minded Psycology, All kind of Employees Treated as per DoPT Rules No respect for Engineers , Non Metric persons sited in Admin Establishment Section, followed strictly, Misinterprrate rules, justifying them for a 1rs is even Typical in claiming Monetary, Fringe Beneifit , slow prmotion, No prmotion avenue concet even in more than 10 yrs of service , Most of them retired on the post , on which joined services, Language Barrier Decrimination Behaviour of collegues, No reward No appreciation, Typical in sanctioning Leave....Overall An Engineer Never join Central Govt Service.......Read More
