Since I was the Head of the Dept it was for me to see that everything is fine with every employee. Teammates were of all types ie some very sincere, hardworking, some very status quoist, some very work shirkers and some very rogue. But the seniors rarely interfered in my working.

Dislikes

Everything was fine but some of the employees misused constitutional bodied/other platforms meant to protect their (?) rights and disturb the normal working.

It was exciting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
