Public health is major concern at rural level. If you want to work for poor and needy people start at grassroot level like in rural. Good salary and you earn job satisfaction. And as a doctor symbolize as a gazzeted officer.

You should manage all your subordinate staff. Lots of paperwork. Timily online work. Moderate pressure.
