Its terrible to work with such a less staff mainly in the hospital where there is lots of patient. There should be proper staff according to standard practice.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supported and management is transparent. Company policy are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me a get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is very less scope for our own safety and security. No one thinks for us. Wn it's time for our own health breakdown there is no one by our side. We have babies n old parents at home.
