it was being a very potential and well established company, they have many other businesses and one of the well known group in that area. having good turn over and their products were very good demand in the market. Like Good Year Tires, in the tire filed , they were the second group in the KSA.

Dislikes

On time salary payment, HR system and changing job procedures were very transparent. Work pressure was normal, nothing high, but promotion or salary increments were not based on merits, favoritism and nationality consideration was one another factors for increments and all.

If i would say about my job, every thing was very familiar for me, In the beginning it was little hard to get familiar with their system, software etc. Then the job was very smooth with them

No standard polices with related to sales. The Dealers are not confident of the Product. No Repetitive Customer for the Tyres.

The worst organisation ever, worst management, no hr policy,no job satisfaction,no work culture,no work life balance, nothing. No one is here to listen. HR are like puppet in this company. World third class management and work culture. Anyone who wants to join think twice before joining.

Work life balance is degrading, but is good comparable to other organizations which i have seen in same tyre trade.

Appraisals and promotions are planned but are executed after years. No learning and development initiatives planned by HR. Policies (like incentive, Leaves, Appraisals) are made when half of the year is gone. HR works like a true "lala" here, they aren't bothered about employees and their development. HR interaction with field employees is nil. Organization isn't bothered for succession planning, they take people from outside.
