Likes

Goodricke now a beginning in packet specific area like up, Rajasthan, delhi. Major sale ratio in mp. These company basically lose tea segment. Company overall culture is good.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

They don't take any decision as long term basis, scheme change 3-6 month then market disturb. Short term policy not a good sign for fmcg company.
