Everything , I was in total peace of mind in Goodrich, every other person is relaxed and welcoming , the culture is very good. The salary would come on time, the company ensures time to time gifts during festivals, good HR policies & support. All in all an excellent company. On one of the occasions when I needed support from HR & management for extended leaves for my parent's treatment, they went out of their ways to support me & allowed me to work from a different city back in 2018, this left a lasting impression on me about the company. Unfortunately I couldn't continue working as I had to look after my parent's treatment but I can vouch that this is one of the best companies I have worked till on date....Read More

Worst company to work with. It was a nightmare where the working hours was never ending which extended to 2 am to 3 am and we were expected to come back again on time. The CEO was cruel and too much micromanaging. Unstable environment with no job security. No one can last more than 6 months. If they are there that means they have noself respect. It's Good company but there is no growth to your professional career. You can easily get appraisal benefit of 5-10% every year. there is good job security if you do correctly.

There are already seniors seating in line. Average employees age may be 35+ to 40+. No professional growth. CTC will increase on based criteria even though you put efforts in particular work.

Goodrich Vizag branch is worst. Branch manager is worst candidate he is biasing and encourage politics into the office. He is the office politics origin point
