Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes we have to work 18-20 hours continue in a day. Sometimes suggestions are not acceptable by management. Some seniors missguide to fresher as they goes out of their work.

My work is maintaining the machines as they work continue without any problems. But sometime I face a lot of difficulty to do work but we work in and as a team which gives some relife to me to do work without any graduity..

Most of the members in company is family members and they try to convince for support in corruption in company and when you denied they make a falls blame on you and remove you on same day
