They pay handsomely and I think that is the only way they are able to attract and retain talent

Dislikes

The culture is very bad. CEO is a micro manager and wants to have control over all the functions. I don’t see goodera ever scale owing to its myopic leadership. It is in a very good space but poor management is pulling it down from achieving something great
