There is no Job Security, they recruited us from College as Intern and during the end of the Internship, they said, they can't hire us as there is no vacancy available. Well, I don't see the point, why you hire us promising for a FTE role, if there isn't any seat left. And even they asked us to continue Internship and at the end, they will remove us, even we as the employee we are working really well and completes the work on time....Read More
