The vision and idea of local street food becoming a brand of it's own.

Dislikes

The people here are very unprofessional and not diligent in their work. The grapevine is stronger than the management. The employee's are only concerned with their salary and least bothered about the progress or future of the company. The workforce is uncouth and is very good at passing the buck. There are just seven people, including myself who are genuine professionals who have proper work ethics and the will to drive the organization forward....Read More

It's hectic almost like managing an entire call center alone. My portfolio ranges from managing the entire Infrastructure of the organization along with the ERP & POS System's for over 300+ outlet's across the nation.
