In this company I learned a lot about system of sales growth and how to handle hurdle smartly. The company's review system is really good. And everything is transparent. I loved to work with.

Company Environment is really good. It's good for experienced freshers. There r little bit issues on salary became late.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
