It is a good hotel to learn key features of a hotel industry.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is fine. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, they didn't even gave my salary for the last month I worked there.
