Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Policy is very good but higher management at unit level play with quality and give Face value is important more than quality base value ? Bengali culture more adptable by mean any how ! One deviation for alprazolam and omigel sample reconcilation not match , which impacte to take my decision to leave the company ! OOT investigation not initiated in most of cases. Data hiding culture is in place ! So that I had left ! Data integrity issue not reported and it is depend on reasonal value like Bengali and local become safe and other in risk zone ! Quality impacting integrity issue not highlighted is observed during investigation but they make all investigation at their thought in place of actual cause !
