Big industry and sallary for temporary.

Management should check who really work in department permanent worker only tell work trainee and temporary worker do all work. Food is not good enough for second ship. For temporary 7 month work is provided after that what should they do...?? How they live. For trainee 3 years contract is made but in that three year so much work done by trainee and later they give certificate and tell it's over do 7 month period and 5 month break. Choose wisely if u r work in temporary basis then ok u can get overtime . If u want to join trainee don't join<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Only good thing was they give you work location near your place if possible. In my case I got a nearby location but some of my colleagues had to relocate.

They recruit fresh graduates under the guise of campus placements, but the job role remains vague. They promise to designate you as a management trainee, alluring with a competitive salary for newcomers, making unsuspecting students fall into the trap due to Godrej's prestigious reputationrk>. Furthermore, the induction process is meticulously executed, creating an illusion of a dream job. However, the harsh reality dawns on your very first day at the office (store) when you realize it's essentially a B2C sales role with targets wherein you need to sale sofa, cupboards, bed, Almira, etc to customers. The question arises: why wasn't this customer-facing sales job clarified during the interview process? It feels like they manipulate the aspirations of innocent students and their parents. I remember my family's joy when I mentioned joining Godrej, only to discover that they deceived us regarding the job profile. To make matters worse, they make you sign a two-year bond and threaten an 80K penalty for leaving prematurely. Working at godrej Interio is something like , a training in itself the firm has a huge potential market , every stage there is more to learn , company takes lot of initiatives to mold his employes to be ready for anything. The sector we work is majorly into are Govt , education , PSU and MNC . People out there as customers have big respect for the brand in all terms, one can get to learn a lot from Godrej huge portfolio to the work culture of segment we work for. My on around target is around 10 to 13 Cr , but with good persistence and enthusiasm It never stops you to get on the incentives . There are things which are required in Godrej to develop more as in , the work life balance is something they have to work upon , people are supportive and seniors always motivate to grow , but they need kind of ego massage sometimes , which somewherehelps to grow in terms of promotions .
