Politics plays a major role, but not in all team/region. Middle level/ASM and above level hierarchy are enjoying the comfortness and company perks but in frontline everyone facing work life balance. In my general opinion if a frontline employee facing struggles in field it is getting impacted in middle level and to the next level and to the top hierarchy. But here the case is different, how come it happens that's the million dollar question. A common frontline employee struggles to decent hike and promotions but a middle level & next level employee are getting best hike and promotions. This is what disturbing part here.
