Lot of things to learn but unfortunately you have to learn from your own..if your senior is from south except some all the management focus on result without listening any of the problems.

Dislikes

No support from Quality Department if any deviation found in the material..everything is just a setup. You can only work if you work according to them. Everything is just a setup to showoff they ignore all quality parameters if they have to release any product.

Local management was full of corruption, employees don't have scope to grow up if not supported to corruption. I think losses will grown with in 2-3 years then....?

Higher Managrment is not taking any responsibilites of empyoee regarding Work balance, work load and no sufficient man power in qa/qc dep. Hr dept. not clear any advantages of Hr policies and not train any employee . Higer managemnt is Egoiest and not to accept any suggestion no any QMS/ ISO activities

Management system is very poor. In this company internal politics is there. So Jo Satisfaction is not there. Almost I completed 3 month in Godrej Agrovet Ltd but I feel very of my decision. in my 12 Year of work experience this type of bad system I have not seen

As company' is more employee welfare centric therefore approaches & personal connections wins over the merit. No fix policies for promotion - Appraisal is very unjust process here with tag line said to me once by a senior leader "Good performance is never guarantee for promotion "
