Corporate structure is good

Dislikes

Mediocre people are at leadership positions (CEOs,CFOs etc). Performance based long term incentives are missing hence good performers leave early. Lot of politics at the top to promote similar mediocrity to save guard self.

Local management was full of corruption, employees don't have scope to grow up if not supported to corruption. I think losses will grown with in 2-3 years then....?

THERE ARE LACK POINT IS MANAGEMENT SO THERE ARE TO MANY PERSONS LEFT THIS ORGANISATION CAUSE OF LESS SALARY, POLITICS BY MANAGER’S , TRANSFER WITHOUT KNOW ANYONE FAMILY SITUATION , SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS AND EXTRA BENEFITS AS PER THE POLITICS DEPENDS ON THE WHAT TYPE OF RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR MANAGER AND ALSO IT IS RELATED TO CAST SIDE ALSO And Etc.

Their policies of employee welfare, DEI, women empowerment, work life balance etc. This is the great place where one person who is doing good here can plan upto retirement here.

As company' is more employee welfare centric therefore approaches & personal connections wins over the merit. No fix policies for promotion - Appraisal is very unjust process here with tag line said to me once by a senior leader "Good performance is never guarantee for promotion "
