The best thing about Go Group is work culture and management. No stupid HR policies, no bossy culture, no corporate dirty politics, very flexible working environment and I learnt a lot of new things and added a lot of new skills to my skills bucket.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

The most amazing thing that comes to my mind about Go group is the work culture and team members here. I got to learn a lot from the people and still learning new things with each day passing. We get to learn and work on new and different technologies and a variety of different projects. Also the work-life balance is amazing.

Thinking about it, there is nothing that comes to my mind that i don't like about working here.

It's a great company to work for, as it imbibes work ownership and helps the individual grow and prosper with the organisation.The management has employee growth and wellness as their top priority.
