Average work environment and worst culture. Teammates will not support you at any cost .they don't even care if you live. You will be arcade for others just for chilling purpose. Company policy are very bad in terms of transportation and salary . They decut your salary , when company is not running that includes covid suitvation also. worst scenario suitvation is right there now. Definateily after connected to GM pens, I haven't ever felt about the job security , career growth, salary & other's benefits during the job. I had spent very good 15yrs very respectively. All the my Maneger's & colegues were well behaved & cultrer . Companie's vision is very prograsi ve , along with products quality ,designing ,& recognise the need of consumer.
