I came from a previous career in a huge corporation where you are a just a body or a number and its great to work for a smaller company where people actually know you.

The first 2 years were a lot of fun with the original team and founders, who created a lot of excitement . Glad to hear the original tem and founders bought it back

Lots of overtime works hard but sense of accomplishment when you make make the deadlines 4 monthly company lunches provided fun fridays and other employee focused

Management is really supportive when it comes to career development .They allow you to pursue designations without cost. Everyone is friendly.

Company and deparments tend to run lean in terms of staffing which means you could get exposed to a very wide variety of responsibilites .

There is no job security, and there is no fixed position or responsibility even they want you do anything,and in terms of money during training period they pay nothing. One more thing if you choose your field according to your interest if they are not ok with it then they will start targeting you. The company do not even follow their words they change after 1 week . They are the best services providers with best rates and support system. They are very supportive teamleaders and try to understand his clients. Work place is also healthy.
