I didn't found good managed working condition few people made it complicated.it doesn't have a stable ERP..no rules ..... Managers does not stands on their words... MD centric powers.... typical family business.....middle management have no powers even GM level officers.. They can deposit cash in your account without your consent and you have to withdraw the money and have to return to officer of the company and you can not deny.... Globus is very good organization for employees, they are growing day by day so there is no fear for hard work employees, management is very good and behave like Friends

Frankly speaking upper management is so good but there is some 1 or 2 people who can't live without politics and back beaching and they are tried to be good on your face but actually ignore these people focus on your work just try to happy your boss all would be good
