What I appreciated most about GBS was its "Zero-Micromanagement" policy. I enjoyed the freedom to approach my work in my way. The tasks assigned matched my skills and encouraged me to expand my knowledge in my field. There was no unnecessary pressure related to any assignments, making it easier for me to create quality content while keeping a healthy work-life balance. I am very pleased with the work I did there and the new skills I gained throughout my time. The company also facilitated a smooth and transparent transition process following my resignation. GBS was very cooperative during the entire transition period. Even after my departure, all relevant departments have consistently remained accessible whenever needed. I don't like this CCTV camera everywhere...there is no privacy...even if u talk to any employee a bit more then too u will be under the scanner.

Globsyn Business School provides opportunities to learn various things and also give scopes for individual skill development. One can learn lot of things from here, which can take their career to the next higher level. The work culture here is very positive and my colleagues are also very helpful and supportive.
