The things I like most about this company are - *Working Hours *Flexibility *Saturday & Sunday 2 days weekoff *No micro management *I personally felt close, respected in my HR team with all the seniors who guided me in every step & valued me for the work I do. *I got bigger exposure as an Internal HR here which lead to professional skill development. *My HOD of Sales & BD Team is very cooperative & belives in what I do.
