Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It is a good platform for the people who are just started their career in aviation industry and anyone can learn lot of skills and gain knowledge. GGI is very good at organizing documents trainings related to passport and visas. And being a part of GGI and a member of LH team I'm very glad that I have learnt a lot there. Thanks for everything. It's just my opinion that if company makes few alterations in company policies and regulations then people would really appreciate it and will show interest in working with it for longer period. And also should work on giving some impressive pay along with extra compensations(Bonus, Annual Hike and Health schemes). Rest all things are good at GGI.

Role was Passenger Service Agent and used to do check in, Immigration and custom's Handling, Boarding the flight, Pre and post flight functions, Handling arrivals,Briefing and debriefing, resolving customer queries... Etc.

The work atmosphere, trainings mainly, if someone wants to learn aviation from basics in terms of job knowledge best place, but salary is less, politics in terms of respective airlines teams is high.... But friendly atmosphere, if we consider overall ggi... Growth within the team is slow but once experienced with the entire job profile then as we all know aviation is like an ocean.... You've many opportunities in airport from everywhere... You must just have that zeal to achieve your goals...
