I did not like anything about working at this company.

Dislikes

The work environment is extremely toxic. People were very stressing. There was no professionalism and work structure.

Once your job is done to get new clients, the boss will fire you before he has to pay you the incentives he promised. They will also not reimburse you for travel expenses for sales calls.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
