I liked the job role as a PPC expert.

1- no job insecurity 2- there's no company hierarchy followed. CEO will intervene in every possible situation and the HR team will try to deduct your salary. 3- They can deduct even 5 days salary for a single sick leave and if you are ill and you couldn't inform before the shift starts then there are high chances that you'll be replaced. 4- micromanagement- throughout the day the CEO will keep an eye on you and would further deploy people to keep a close eye on you. 5- they do have sandwich leave policy. The founder is the only decision maker and is not open to suggestions . Does not give authority to staff to take decision even on smallest of the things . A manager cannot approve a leave of a staff without founders approval.
