However, dedication & sincerity are key to succeeding here. If you are not serious about your work then this may not be the right place for you. Unfortunately, some individual who couldn't keep up with the expectations have left abruptly and try to tarnish the company's reputation. This company is a three years old company into IT srrvices.. It has around 30 employees. Employees are good. They support each other and make a nice environment to work. The company's directors are a big problem here. They hire more people but salaries are delayed for more than one month. Salary slips are not provided here. No training provided. No HR processes in place and HR department works on the will of directors only. Separation with the company is much more complicated because fnf is done in 4 to 5 months after leaving the company.
