I have worked in Global for few months in 2018.It was a terrible experience.I worked in Kolkata metro.This co don't have any specific time for employees,therefore almost every week they conducts meeting & it ends at 12 or 12.30 in the mid night.No system for employees or for channel partners.why people work for?For career betterment & better earning.Here you will never get a better career opportunity.Even for doing so if anyone leave organisation,management will always hold employee's settlement & gives terrible excuses & misguidance.Even last 6 months I have not got my settlement which cost is around Rs.40000/-.I left organisation in between my probation period where in my offer letter it was not mentioned about notice period serving for this period.Though this company not given me my settlement amount which I deserve.Not only that they are directly says that co will not provide any expenditure for that time when I was in the system. I am not only the victim there are lots of people who are treated like this. I will boldly suggest you that kindly ignore this cheating organisation....Read More
