Manager level person they don't want to provide the training. They are looking for some ready-made talents person from the market. Thanks god at the rights time I got another opportunity. It was my worst decision to join this oragnaisation. The big funny thing is that when I spoke to manager about the training he told me everything is in system just open and start the work he didn't explained there anything in a proper way i was too much frustrated with in 3 months. Finally got another opportunity and left that oragnaisation....Read More

The company has good infrastructure having two manufacturing plants in greater noida. First of all flexible shifts of 8 hours working. Good balance between work and personal life, hire candidate with good package.

Work culture is too dull, slow carrier growth, no platform to perform and innovative ideas
