It's such a owner driven company, If they don't like they will hire a same level person to demotivate you, No job security for employees 12 hours, 8 am to 8pm ( No time to spend time with family), Useless hr no support, only politics.

Many things are good in the company. Such as Safety. Daily mitting if anyone has any problem it can be reported. Sometimes with the help of our Tranning I can gather unknown information. I have learned a lot from before.

There are many points that I dislike. daily meeting is ok but production team and quality team meeting are there days one a week. always maintain 5s but all person not follow 5s.
