Not too much Work load. Everyone Supports you. You will learn permit to work system, man power management, shutdown preparation, preventive maintenance. You will see all about HVAC maintenance system visually. Learn package ac, ahu, fcu maintenance visually. Everyone like a family.

Dislikes

As a maintenance Supervisor, you will not learn as compare to technicians. You can earn money without hard work (not too much money) but your skill will not develop. Vehicles issues. No one Support you or teach you.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
