Toxic work culture with politics in all departments.. No training no resources..u r on ur own. work here if u want only money.. the money is also 30% less than what they promise on paper. Job security is 1%. The appraisals are a mere paper-filling process with no say on ur rating..if u get 5 out of 5 then also u can get fired.
