Work culture is not good. There is fights between directors. No job security. My 4 family members got covid positive during second wave one by one. It was just 4 mothnts in GKB , and I couldn't go office for 20 days. That's why they asked me to leave. Very bad experience with GKB Plz do not join GKB if you want a stable job life

Since it's in retail sector, less no. Of holidays & one has to work even in national holidays & some festivals. Secondly, career growth is slow in this organization.
