Company Policy for Employee benefits and growth are good on paper but in reality on the ground level, Indian Management people manipulate it. Over all work culture is not satisfactory because if someone speaks about Company's ethics or anyone highlight something wrong/illegal/ unethical happening on the Company, he will get immediately sacked and the Indian Management people will won't allow him to explain his side to hide their own evil/wrong deeds. There is no Job security at all & I had to suffer a lot that I suffered Psychiatric issues. The Reporting Officer ( Boss) intentionally give negative marks for your performance Appraisal in order to hide his own Wrong did. Your arguments & suggestions are not taken seriously / positively....Read More

On the paper, the Co.'s policies are good but on the ground level, Indian management people manipulate it. overall work culture is not satisfactory at all because as per the Co.'s ethics, if someone speaks up or highlight something wrong/ illegal / unethical happening in the Co. , he will be sacked immediately and they won't allow him to explain his side to hide their own evil / wrong deeds. There is no job security at all & I had to suffer a lot that i suffered Psychiatric issues since joining the Co. the Reporting Boss intentionally give negative remarks against the performance Appraisals intentionally in order to hide his own wrong deeds. Your senior officer ( Boss ) will not give your promotion even though you have got Extra Ordinary work Reward and intentionally manipulate. Your arguments/ Complaints are not taken seriously or positively. The Reporting Boss goes against the policies of the Co. and do not provide the facilities to the Employee as per the Co. Policy intentionally. I have observed that some health related precaution towards employees are taken for the sake of name & to fulfill the paper formalities. Some HR People will talk to you something on the face and the same person will talk to your some other thing, off the record & manipulate you....Read More

Dislikes

The Dirty internal politics of Indian Management. Many employees has suffered Depression, Panic Attacks, Anxiety due to work preasure / harrasement / torture by their seniors
