Good work and management is always supporting us and team leaders also are so helpful for any queries .company policies are good .

There is a lot of issues are happening while doing the work.salary are not credit as on date .

The job is interesting and I struggled a bit in the beginning but training session is be there I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance for multiple jobs and it helped me get a taste of different roles within the team

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
