If you want liberty to work at your own time and if someone at home is sick and if you are not willing to work and does not want to loose then this is best company, workwise or for client satisfaction worst.

Terrific company, if you are on a junior level and does not want to work this is a good company, senior person does not have knowledge and just do politics and if you will ask them for increase they will blame you and terminate and threaten to give bad reference to keep your mouth shut they will not pay even your last salary of theyask you to put resignation and if they accept. I have all proofs for what I am saying, they are liar they will promise anything and then they will switch from whatever they said....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
