Salary payment date is 7th -Always on 7th of every month. Never done after 7th of a month in my 12 years of working with them.

Dislikes

Too much of owner involvement. No freedom for the managers to take any sort of decision making of their own without their knowledge. Not even a pin can be moved without their knowledge. No career development or growth within the organisation. No respect from the management.
