After completion of assigned project, Instead of transfer to another project or work company fired employees withheld three months salaries and creates pressure on the employees to give resign and take their hold salaries as full and final settlements.

Work pressure is moderate. No late sitting and Sunday working. For fresher it's a good platform to learn. For employees with nature of buttering it's a perfect place to work.

Dislikes

Genus can grow a lot if it reduce dependency over unprofessionals. They just dominate in all departments. HR is worst. No employees welfare. No criteria to judge or rate an employee. High packages offered to such non deserving employees creates unrest in other capable employees. Poor canteen. Bring water and lunch from your home.
