Zero skill development, no work life balance, hr not listening to your problems, very bad management, never join in projects, always prefer joining in head office or manufacturing plant otherwise leave the job. At site projects there is no Saturdays and Sundays off. And timing 9 to 6 is only shown on records but most of the time you have to work 2-3 hours more and that extra work doesn't count.
