I learnt a lot doing a self study. Colleagues back then were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

I joined as a trainee engineer. I was not given any training at all, post six months I was absorbed as an assistant engineer. No consultant was available to seek guidance. Refer as much as possible and come out with solutions. If you are in good terms with the HR, secretary, and a few other people your survival in the company is high, in case you go against them then you are done, you will be terminated. The CEO is in favor of 3 or 3 people and their words are the last. He has no individual thoughts at all. He has solutions at any problem in any discipline. He insults people for no reason, does not appreciate hard work. There's something called monthly performance rating. There's no appraisal. In case you quit the company, your performance rating goes lower than what you get. He will start ignoring you and start insulting as much as possible.No bonuses are given. There's something called deferred salary, it gets deducted from your salary and not paid when you quit. Quite shocking but its true. Your take home is less than what is printed on paper, may be around 18k. In case you don't serve notice period you will end up paying thrice or four times what you earn. Any fresher who joins this company hoping to have a bright future is a myth. YOU WILL END UP SPOILING YOUR LIFE....Read More

There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

It is one of the worst and horrible aerospace company. MS engineers are treated as office boys and paid as floor sweepers. No encouragement for new innovations and ideas. Boss never gets projects and has no concern towards employees problems and issues. It is not the place to work if you want exhibit your talent.

One thing is that I wouldn't call it a company as it a home converted to company and doesn't feel like a corporate environment as the CEO bought an old home and converted the same into "company". Aftre I leave my home I feel like second home as doesn't have any corporate advantage. Literally you would build everything googling alonewith no resources or infrastructure available to work . So in a way you would end googling so much that you never ever googled like that in your life before!...Read More

Its just google all day! without any infrastructure or resource be it document support or standards or anything else. literally its not an experience you would gain! Salary you get "in hand" is like an office boy! But on paper its inflated like Engineer!
